not happy with the product quality you ordered from Dream pharmacy, all you need do is to CONTACT US and within
45 days, we will give you a replacement of your order or a refund. While we hope doing business with you don’t come to that, we’ll make sure the refund or replacement of the order is as painless as possible with a free return or replacement shipping.
Dream pharmacy is not liable to pay any refunds in the following instances:
If the customer request to cancel an order after 3 hours of making payment. That is, once payment has been made and the parcel has been registered to a courier agency for shipping, our refund policy does not back that up. However, cancellation must be made less than 3 hours after making payment.
Dream pharmacy will not be liable to pay a refund to a distressed customer if:
-The customer changed the address given to us before placing the order.
-The customer provided a wrong delivery address.
-The order successfully arrived at the said address and there was no one to sign it.
We urge our clients to always double check their address before placing an order. This way, we are sure not to get the
wrong delivery address.
Also, we provide a replacement or refund if the client shows proof of the ineffectiveness of the products by providing to us
